  • Guest：*早餐吃出订书针，口腔划伤，当时没有注意，吞下去的话，轻则感染重则穿孔，还找不到罪魁祸首。现在想起来都发抖。 与酒店沟通，酒店轻描淡写，后携程介入，酒店上门沟通。给出的方案是： 1）单独做早餐弥补歉意。这个当时觉得酒店还算有态度，接受。不知酒店是故意还是无心，明明前天晚上与管家沟通好10点送早餐，结果一大早7点多狂打电话，第一次没接，到8点接着打，一直吵醒接为止。接起来问早餐想要打包什么，所以前天酒店上门沟通的单独做餐的所谓诚意就是开玩笑。更搞笑的来了，酒店送上来的早餐如图，大概是哪个盆里肉眼能分辨不可能出现异物的东西随手打包送上来的。 这个还不是最敷衍的，到了第二次（第三天）的早餐时间，是直接没有送餐了。原来所谓的诚意就是唯一一天的随手打包的东西。 2）携程退款早餐钱。我们订的家庭房，一共5晚，每天两大一小早餐。沟通过程中携程客服尽心尽力，但到后面携程也直接对酒店无语了，客服也感受到酒店的要死不活的态度了。 酒店管理人员从头到尾没有任何歉意，反倒是携程一直在积极对应。酒店唯一强调表达的就是不要写差评，因为领导很看重。酒店提出单独做早餐我还觉得至少酒店有诚意可以不用把这个写出来，当时的好説话换来的就是酒店的戏耍。吐出那么长的订书针的后怕让我到现在对酒店的敷衍还是极其愤怒。长白山度假区可能不缺客户，所以酒店对品控没有丝毫敬畏心吧。这家酒店如果还是这样的管理，哪天出个大的安全事故，完全不会意外。
